à naddie2001 : Take 5 min to massage+strech your neck (it's more elastic than you can think, you see it on singer/trumpeter), strech your mouth wide, empty your nostrils (you can do sinus flush if you know how to do it).
When you put your dildo in your mouth, don't shove it deeply in a instant. Focus on breathing/opening wide your throat, try differents positions/angles. Then with training, you can find some spots where the air can flow.
